We run One to One Pilates, Small Group Pilates, Physiotherapy and Osteolates Sports Therapy services six days a week.

We do not run group fitness or synchronised pilates classes – all clients follow their own prescribed routine independently of other attendees.

Before joining a session, you will need to attend a New Client Assessment / private 1-1 session(s) so that we can establish your individual exercise programme and introduce our basic principles for safe and effective exercise.

We provide a number of payment options. Please read carefully the terms for each payment type, these can be found below.

Pay Monthly for up to 5 sessions per month £95 = £20 per session
Pay Monthly for up 10 sessions per week £165 per month= £16.35 per session

SMALL GROUP APPLIED PILATES SESSIONS - PAYMENT OPTIONS AND TERMS

Pay Monthly for 1 session per week
Pay monthly to reserve a regular recurring time slot for 1 session per week. Should you need to reschedule a session, we will arrange a catch-up session with you. This is a rolling monthly standing order payment. There is no fixed term contract, you can terminate this arrangement at any time, by giving us 1 month notice.
Choose this option if you frequently attend up to 5 sessions a month, you want to guarantee a regular time slot throughout the year and you want to get the very best discount per weekly session.
Pay Monthly for 2 sessions per week
Pay monthly to reserve regular recurring time slots for 2 sessions per week. Should you need to reschedule a session, we will arrange a catch-up session with you. This is a rolling monthly renewing membership. There is no fixed term contract, you can terminate this arrangement at any time, by giving us 1 month notice.
Choose this option if you frequently attend up to 10 sessions a month, you want to guarantee a regular time slots throughout the year and you want to get the very best discount per twice weekly session.
Block of 10
Buy a pack of 10 sessions for a discount.
Valid for 14 weeks from date of your first session.
Choose this option for a discount per session for a block purchase. 24 Hour Late Cancellation Policy Applies.
Pay As You Go
Book and pay for 1 session at a time. Sessions must be pre-paid for, at time of booking.
Valid for 14 days from date of your booked session.
Choose this option if you want to book and pay for sessions week by week. 24 Hour Late Cancellation Policy Applies.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your scheduled session or appointment. Provided you give us 24 hours notice we will offer you an alternative time; customers on the Pay Monthly scheme will be prioritised to be re-scheduled for the same week. If you cancel without giving us 24 hours notice then you will have used up that session/appointment and we will have to charge you if you ask us to re-schedule you a replacement.
Our 24 hour late cancellation payment policy excludes late cancellation due to Covid-19 symptoms. Your missed sessions will be re-scheduled when appropriate for you to return.
