Provided you give us 24 hours notice we will offer you an alternative time; customers on the Pay Monthly scheme will be prioritised to be re-scheduled for the same week. If you cancel without giving us 24 hours notice then you will have used up that session/appointment and we will have to charge you if you ask us to re-schedule you a replacement.
