Applied Pilates Fees

PREREQUISTE BEFORE STARTING YOUR SMALL GROUP SESSIONS WITH APPLIED PILATES - In order to establish the optimal beneficial applied pilates programme for you, an initial one to one session is required for your posture analysis, bio-mechanical function assessment, movement pattern tests and an introduction to the basic pilates principles in our studio. Call to book in for your initial one to one session to suit your schedule - £55 (approx 1 hour)

SMALL GROUP - £20 per session - book and attend sessions when you can (We can not guarantee availability with this option).

1 session a week x 10 weeks - £180 (£18 per session)

2 sessions a week x 10 weeks - £320 (£16 per session)

2-3 sessions a week - £128 per month on standing order

SEMI-PRIVATES (2 sharing) - £320 each for 10 sessions or £35 each per session, 2 Semi-privates sessions a week £29 each per session

PRIVATES (One to One) - £55 per session or £50 per session for 10 sessions paid in advance

All sessions last approximately 60 minutes.

OSTEOLATES - SOFT TISSUE MANIPULATION

Teejay offers a specialist therapy for general sports injuries and tension related pain or discomfort. He combines many different techniques including muscle energy techniques, superficial and myofascial soft tissue release, neuromuscular pain release, positional pain release, trigger point release and appropriate level of massage and stretches. In addition, Teejay uses Hivamat Deep Oscillation Therapy to reach issues that manual therapy can not reach or treat.

Sometimes a course of specific Studio based Applied Pilates exercises are recommended to resolve chronic issues or to help accelerate rehab. Teejay has used the combination of the above to help clients resolve chronic and acute musculo-skeletal issues that other forms of treatments haven't been able to solve.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION NOTICE All cancellations require 48hrs notice otherwise we will have to charge you at the full rate. If you do cancel please inquire about a catch-up session in the same week and if possible we will offer you an alternative session rather than you having to pay a cancellation fee.
